Pours a clear orange/copper. Has a mostly orange aroma with some grass. Caramel/hop flavor that is well balanced. Finishes bitter and dry.

Crazy hop aroma that hints of strawberry and ripe fruit, crystal clear brown/red color, white lacey head, intense hop flavor, citrus, pine, I heard these bombers are delivered to every beer rack in a pelicanís sack, thank you kind pelican, for your brew is delicious.

Frankenstein time. Aroma is fresh hemp with a whack of passionfruit that I could have sniffed all night. Amber and a bit cloudy with a small head. Way too bitter for me and the hops were quite sticky on the tongue but was nicely passionfruity while I was drinking it.

Clear bright copper with a puffy and well-lacing white head. Aroma is a delicate mix of powerful fresh floral hops and mild caramel malt. Body starts bold, fresh, hoppy and sweet with a refreshing balance. A very drinkable, balanced, and enjoyable IPA. Thanks TChrome!

Sampled AIBA 2004. Grand Champion Aroma of orange and strong grapefruit rind flavour. Didnít get much sweetness, pretty much immediately bitter. Long hoppy finish and fairly thick texture. Not bad at all but may not win a champion award at a better show.

UPDATED: JAN 10, 2006 22oz bottle Pouerd a darker amber color with an averaged sized offwhite head. Nice hoppy aromas of citrus and pines. Nice hoppy tastes pine, citrus with a bitter grapefruit finish. One of the better IPAs out there!

Wonderful hop aroma with great clear amber colour. Dreadful flavour which leave you thinking looks are often deceiving.

This beer rated as the Grand Champion at the Australian International Beer Awards. I must say, it is very unique with hops that can blow you head off! It has an amazing hop bitterness that coats the mouth and leaves you with a strong aftertaste. It is nice, but i think it is not very well balanced.

Incredible citrusy and woody hop aroma! Fresh cut hay in the fields! Color is orange/gold. Good carbonation and a pillowy off white head. Creamy, malty taste at first, but the hops definitely take over in the middle, making the biggest impression here. The finish is hop dominated, but some residualy malty sweetness lingers on for some balance. Quite a nice IPA. Not quite one of those super powered Imperials that everyone seems to be brewing lately. THis is well made and one of the better IPAís Iíve had in some time.
