Kiwanda Cream Ale is pale gold with a fruity, floral hop aroma. A sweet malty flavor and a smooth dry finish round out this tasty, refreshing brew!

Some citrus and caramel and nails the creaminess but otherwise not a lot going on.

Bomber. Pours a crystal clear light golden color with an inch of white foam that quickly dissipates. Mostly toasted grains, grassy hops and subtle citrus notes in the aroma. The taste is mildly fruity and grainy with the malt flavors dominate for the most part. Also some honey sweetness around the edges. The body is well-carbonated with a clean, dry finish. Not a huge fan of this style but it definitely goes down easy.

Yellow pour, white head. Aroma of creamed corn(light), caramel malt, some fruity esthers. Flavor is fruity, not too heavy on the corn aspect, some yeast. Not bad for a style that is almost always bad.

7/7/12. 22oz bottle shared by Tim at my going away party! Light golden pour with a small khaki head. Toasty, bready aroma with plenty of malt and a little bit of caramel. Slightly sweet doughy and bready flavor with a hint of metal and lingering dryness. Not bad.

Tallahassee, Fl - at drowland’s 7/7/12 going away tasting party - thanks to Tim and Rachel. Light gold pour, white bubbly head. Aroma is rather odd, but enticing, initially reminds me of BO, but it grows on you and ends up to be similar to rising dough. Flavor is toasty and bready, some fruity accents reminiscent of peach preserves, some raisin-like sweetness in the back end. Thick enough mouthfeel. Very flavorful Cream Ale.

Clear orange-gold with fair, creamy, white head / Smooth nose of cream, resin, hay, and citrus / Medium body, creamy and resinous, some sweetness, with good balance and lightly bitter finish / Flavors of cream, resin, orange, bread, and hay / Very nice, putting the cream in cream ale.

Bottle from Madison Co-op in Seattle. Nose has mild berry hop aromas, light graininess. Flavor has pronounced peach hop flavor, substantial textured barley flavors - good malt profile for a pale beer - very nice lingering dry bitterness in the finish. Palate is light and bubbly. I believe I could drink a keg of this in a sitting and enjoy every drop.

Pours blond with three fingers of fluffy white head. Smell is light fruity, sugary almost. Taste is a bit tart, almost a bit of the lager taste, hard to put my finger on it. Very carbonated and thin body. Good for the style.
