Bottle… Space Coast Craft Beer Festival 2011 … Pours golden with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The aroma features honey malt with a pinch of white pepper. Medium to full-bodied and lightly oily with lively carbonation. Nicely balanced, malt-forward flavor. Adequate bitterness compliments without distraction. Crisp, modestly sweet finish. Sample tray. Pale yellow. Faint scent but they are brewing today and there is an aroma of yeast throughout the bar. Nice light ale with hop finish. Very nice for a starter/into beer.

22 oz bottle from New Seasons - Golden in color with a fizzy white head. Clear as day. I could almost see my fingerprints through the glass. Very smooth. A little sweet. This would be an excellent beer for a hot day.

Sampled at OBF 2010. Not creamy at first but it mellows into a nice sparkly light ale. Would be interesting to try on nitro.
