Bottle... Poured pale, straw-golden with a bubbly, white head that dissipated quickly. Fruity, estery, grassy, herbal nose. Dry palate, slightly refreshing with mild hops, cracker-like malts, floral earthy tones and a short clean finish. Not much going here, just like most cream ales.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear yellow-gold color with a medium frothy white head that dissipates steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit and bready malt. Light body with flavors of mild hops, sweet malt and fruit. Touches of corn as well. The finish is lightly hopped with a grainy malt aftertaste. Tasty Cream Ale overall.

10th October 2008. GABF. Clear gold beer. Lagerish but with a softer palate. This beer is all about the finish - sweet cream with a touch of hop. Not bad.

Bomber poured a clear yellow with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of bread, light yeast and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of straw, bread and light citrus with a smooth clean finish.

On tap at the brewery on 6/27/09. Exactly what was expected. Pours a cloudy pale gold, frothy white head. Hints of lavendar and honey. Not too complex with a slight dry finish. Good cream ale.

On tap at 2009 NABA in chilly Idaho Falls. I love this brewery! Pours a deep golden hue with a large white head. The aroma is full of light hops, butterscotch and corn. The flavor was excellent; a full mouthfeel of creamy goodness, butterscotch, light citrus hops, corn and sweet flavors. Very enjoyable.

Tap at the KLCC microbrew festival. Pours out a golden straw color with a light white head. Aroma is corn and a bit of citrus. Flavor is grainy with some corn and light citrus hops. Body is extremely light and mildly refreshing.

A criminally underrated brew. Cream ale is awesome and underrated for two reasons... 1) It is under 10% alcohol, and 2) Corn. I like corn and session beers so it is right up my alley. My 11th Cream Ale rating rendering me in a DNP position against the top 25 raters of this style. Fuck! Got some work to do. 59th rate of this great brew. This one has a nice fresh hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and some sweet bready malts and some pleasant corn notes. Pours golden with a thin head. Love the pleasant adjuncty sweetness when it is done correctly. Bread, light corn flakes, and a light pleasant floral/citrus finish. Cream Ale is good. Don’t Hate!

Straw color with a smaller off-white head. Pale malt, grain, corn and honey all come to mind with the first sniff. Light floral hops in the background are found with further inhalation. A bit sweeter than I would prefer, but somewhat typical for a cream ale. Quite fizzy and thin in feel. I like my cream ales... creamy. Light grain, corn and malt mix start with a sudden citric bite. Grapefruit, lemon and lime zest join in the middle. fairly acid into the finish and linger. Earthy malt and grains shift in and out. I’m thinking about a cream ale, german pilsner. Not clean enough for a pils, too sweet and hoppy for a cream ale, but I’m getting pulled in. I could see this as a ale to imbibe while working on a summer project. Meaty in some ways, refreshing in others.
