Pours a finger of head on a cloudy light straw colored body. The aroma is a dry grain smell. The taste is a light lemon bitterness with a creamy background. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. It’s light on the "cream" but still enjoyable.

Draught @ Brouwers Café:   Gold in color, light carbonation, moderate foamy white head, nice lacing.   Very light bready/doughy aroma.   Slight mealiness, but minor.   Smooth on the tongue, pale breadiness, malty, very slightly mealy.   Decent amount of sweetness.   Very clean.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   A touch of corn like mealiness on the finish, but its not too strong.   Unlike others, this one is very clean.   Light and very sessionable without being too sweet.

Tap at Pelican brewpub. Pours a clear golden, big carbonation. Webby, white foam. Nose is fresh grass, vanilla poundcake. Taste is really nice and juicy, fresh orange, excellent noble hop balance, big buttery biscuit with orange marmalade. Mild bitterness. Really good. Tailor made for a GABF gold entry.

Caramely floraly hop aroma. A clear pale ale color with a little white head. A slightly tart bite followed by a grainy flavor with a hint of sweetness. It has a smooth mouth feel and a good carbonation. I was not expecting a tart taste but other than that not a bad brew. A good summer beer.
