3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
22oz Bottle. The pour was a clear golden yellow with an average (1-2 finger) white frothy head that was mostly diminishing, down to a light puddled film and medium collar and had good spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a lightly sweet grain malt, floral hops and a doughy yeast with a note of caramel and a mild fruity ester.
The taste was rather malty with a mild caramel sweetness and a pronounced grainy feel from the start, becoming lightly hoppy with a slight adjunct presence and a light fruitiness towards the finish. The flavor lasted an average duration proceeding the swallow and had a light spicy sweetness at the very end.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a watery and slightly dry texture and a medium carbonation.
Overall a good refreshing brew with an unpretentious taste and a great drinkability...

Bottle. Needed a cream ale; this provided.
A: Clear gold with a foamy white head.
N: Biscuit, corn, pine, spruce, bread.
T: A little sweet and a little bitter. Not terribly powerful on either end.
M: Creamy, carbonated, lighter body.
O: A very light, uninteresting beer. Nothing terribly wrong with it, but it’s mostly a tick.

transparent gold, no lacing. Dusty cream nose, mute with stale grains. Front is stale, high effervescence mutes delicacies before sweeter, doughier mid, syrupy adjunct lager like finish, sugar and faint dms in the sticky end.

Pours a finger of head on a cloudy light straw colored body.
The aroma is a dry grain smell.
The taste is a light lemon bitterness with a creamy background.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
It’s light on the "cream" but still enjoyable.

Draught @ Brouwers Café: Gold in color, light carbonation, moderate foamy white head, nice lacing. Very light bready/doughy aroma. Slight mealiness, but minor. Smooth on the tongue, pale breadiness, malty, very slightly mealy. Decent amount of sweetness. Very clean. Moderate body and mouthfeel. A touch of corn like mealiness on the finish, but its not too strong. Unlike others, this one is very clean. Light and very sessionable without being too sweet.
