COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A beautiful light amber-red color and a medium bodied presence. Our newest seasonal has a malt aroma reminiscent of light toffee and caramel, and a subtle floral bouquet from Santiam hops. The lush aroma gives way to a full, rounded malty flavor with bread and biscuit notes, and a smooth, well-balanced finish.

22. Pours a crystal clear garnet with a loose white head and plenty of sheeting sedimentary lace. Very mild brown bread malty nose, not much happening. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Brown bread on the mid palate and not much else. Mild finish.

Tasted 7/8/11. 22oz bomber. Thanks to phaleslu for sharing! Pours filtered with a honey amber hue. Bubbled off-white head. Faint aromas of caramel and burnt toast. . Medium bodied with a mellow character and a toasted malt flavor. Well rounded with a solid malt bill and faint hops. Pretty mild, but still a good drinker!

22 oz. bottle ordered from the brewery. Pours a mostly clear amber color with some red-orange tints and a finger-thick off-white head. Notes of toasted caramel malts, earth, a little bit of grass, biscuits, and faint floral hops. Light-medium bodied, with a bready mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Had this shortly after another PNW Irish Ale- Ninkasi Renewale- and this was the clear winner of the duo.

Bomber served in an English pint. Pours clear dark amber-orange with a medium sized orange-white head. Aroma of metal and malt. Mildly sweet flavor. Medium body. This malt forward brew is smooth as silk on the attack and finishes dry. I prefer the Angler’s Amber for a slightly more complex profile.

Sample tray. Darker copper than Scottish Ale. Nice toffee scent. A bit of alcohol and toffee flavour.

Bottle... Poured a rich amber tone with a thick, slightly off-white head. Nose was a bit yeasty and mineral-like. Worty, lots of grain tones with a hints of hops. But mostly toasted caramel and malt sweetness. Light fruitiness, bready, and easy drinking.

On tap at the brewpub. Dark copper amber, light creamy head. Earthy, toasty malty aroma and flavours, dark toffee, a little woody. On the lighter side.
