Oregon Brewers Guild Brewers Dinner – 2010 – Portland, OR
Amber in color with a big hop nose. The French hops where floral and had quite a bite. The added malts where with caramel and nutty flavors. This was a very interesting beer. Made by Pelican using only special French hops to find out how they would taste and work. I thought this was a tasty IPA.
