A medium body and moderate bitterness with refreshing hints of ginger and coriander. An unconventional ale. Best enjoyed under a palm tree.

Tasting at Ljubljana Beer & Whiskey Festival 2015. Orange with lasting white head. Refreshing coriander aroma. Malty flavors, also a bit soapy. Full taste. Very good.

bottle at Petkovšek. aroma: lots and lots of coriander. some lemon, grassy notes- lemongrass, gentle herbal presence as well with low malty aroma. pale to orange, hazy, white foam, minimal head. taste is similar to aroma, with quite pronounced sweetness and medium spiciness(ginger), low bitterness. coriander levels are quite distracting. surprisingly this has a medium body, oily feel, soft carbonation, long finish that takes on notes of herbal, spiciness and of course some more coriander. Overall: wants to be a sessionable gentle brew but is a bit overbearing.

Keg at Sir William’s, Ljubljana. Cloudy pale golden, small head. Fruity coriander aroma. Mid dry with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Mild flavoured, but dominated by ginger, coriander and citrus. Low bitterness.

Pours haze golden colour with practically no head. Visually medium carbonation. Aroma without notice of an alcohol, with hints of coriander and some other spices (Ginger I didn t detected). Flavor: Taste is firstly mild sweet, but immidiatey prevails notes of stale or vapid grass/herbs. Finish is also strange, undetermine, somehow watery, with aftertaste of stale. For sure the worst brew from Pelicon and unproper for its style.

A nice summer ale. Pours a bright sunny yellow. Aromas are herbal and grassy...notes of coriander...maybe a bit of ginger. Not too bitter. Good stuff.

50cl bottle in Ljub pours a very murky gold with some thin, white head. Nose has a ton of ginger and coriander, lemon-lime soda, straw, some dust. Flavor follows, all ginger and spice, coriander and white pepper, even a little tumeric, some straw, mild grist. Spicy finish. The level of carbonation was distracting.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange, large of white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is spices, wheat, coriander, ginger, hay, floral, pepper. Flavor follows, kind of a mix between a Saison and a wit, light sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body, high carbonation. Nice.
