Acidic smokey charcoaled chocolate flavours and fast wet finish. Good home brew feel with a few extra handfuls of chocolate malt for good luck. dunkpigen (311), Kolding, Denmark Jul 14, 2008 Bottle. Pours dark brown with a brownish head. Aroma and flavour of roasted malt and chocolate - very mild and creamy. Gethinbeer (684), Nova Scotia, Canada May 31, 2008 Updated: Jun 18, 2008Bottle. Chocolate aroma, some berries in the also. Reminds me of a port. Black in colour with a great looking frothy brown bread head. Smooth texture, chocolate, smoked hops, coffee. Warming beer, velvet in a glass. Quality ale, yet keeps that home made feel. Good tasty stout.
