May 31, 2008 Updated: Jun 18, 2008Bottle. Chocolate aroma, some berries in the also. Reminds me of a port. Black in colour with a great looking frothy brown bread head. Smooth texture, chocolate, smoked hops, coffee. Warming beer, velvet in a glass. Quality ale, yet keeps that home made feel. Good tasty stout.

May 23, 2008 (on bottle) Dark brown, small, white head. Burnt/rosted hard-ish malts to the nose along with a youghurty feel(?). A bit burby carbonation. The chocolate hits in the finish, subtle, but steady. Waterish mouthfeel.

May 22, 2008 Bottled. Tasting @ Kolding Bryglaug. Aroma has roast, chocolate and some coffee. Dark coloured with an offwhite-beige head. Taste is sweet has some cookie chocolate , roast and coffee.
