12oz bottle. white label. Pours golden yellow, thin white head. Aroma of corn, honey and straw. Light malt. Very easy to swallow. BMC fans will thoroughly enjoy. Finishes with a skunky hop bite.

12oz Bottle, purchased at Half Time - Poughkeepsie, NY. Pours a furious clear pale amber-orange, with a tall clean white finger, lacing well. Aroma is salty and fresh, with a bit of brine, fresh wheat bread, and cracker. Flavors are a bit lesser and quieter. Cold grains, warm hot dog buns, and boozy cereal. This has a slightly soppy character to it, but it’s not bad. Maybe could be a touch tighter and nip hoppier, but it’s palatable. Ends with kind of a distinct juicy chamomile and tangerine twist.

Pennsylvania Brewing Company--Penn Gold--1999--12 oz. Bottle. 4.50% ABV. (1.5 / 5.0) Golden Ale--Clear thin straw golden color. Light Bavarian hop front profile. Thin body with distinct but muted Bavarian lager yeast flavor. Watery finish. Dissappointing. Must be better on tap. Sampled 9/6/1999.

12 ounce bottle from Total Wine Richmond, VA. Pours a slightly hazy orangish brown color with a thin head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma of caramel, floral hops, cinnamon, bread. apple. Taste is apple, caramel, bready malts, cinnamon and a bit of an acrid, grassy finish. Medium bodied. Quite a good beer.

12oz Bottle from Funknmilla: Pours clear straw in color w/ a minimal white head. Aroma is skunky, real skunky. Flavor is pretty weak, tastes like a generic Euro lager & I’ve talked shit on plenty of those. So I’ll keep it short & sweet: Lame Beer.

Brewed in the USA... Pours gold in color with a small lasting white head and lots of carbonation. Aroma of grass, bread, malts and soap. Taste is of soap, malts, flowers and corn. Mouthfeel is medium in body, kind of smooth with a sweet malty finish. Not bad, but not sure about all the medals?

Soft golden pour with some haze. One finger frothy white head. The nose is bready, grassy hops, sweet, some corn. Flavor is bleh, grassy hop bite, corn, sweet malt. Palate is crisp with a slightly metallic hop bite.

On tap at Bar Ferdinand in Phila. Not much aroma. Taste was of mild hops and yeast. Slightly flowery but not much else. Meh, not terrible but I doubt I’d drink it again.
