3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber courtesy of Secret Santa, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a musky wheat sweetness, baby powder, grain, and malt. Taste has a malty sweetness, hop spice, grain, and citrus. Not bad, nice flavors in the taste.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured a lighter golden color. Medium head, good retention. Aroma of fresh grain malts, some citrus hops in there as well. Lite sweetness with a med-light bitterness. Med-light body. Slick texture, slightly creamy. Tastes like a typical pilsner, has a pleasant bitter finish. At first I couldnt taste the alcohol, then it comes through later on.

Consumed from the bottle as part of a sampler case. Measures up to the name "Imperial" and is a worthy companion to Penn’s excellent Kaiser Pils. Hops are well balanced with a clean and fresh taste.
