COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A rich, deep golden-colored lager fest bier that is exceptionally smooth and mellow. Uses two-row malted barley and a combination of roasted malts. Highly rated by the National Tasting Institute.

12oz bottle. Light brown \ amber color. Thin white head. A seriously malted aroma. Sweet with caramel and a nice toasted grain. Mild carbonation and the crisp bitterness add a unique spice and welcoming finish. Light - medium bodied.

pours a very light amber/ golden honey color with a medium white head...not very lively looking. aroma is very malty...has some caramel, breadiness, and hay. also a bit of earthy, spicy hops...very faint. flavor is much like the aroma suggests...very caramely and sweet with a hint of spicy hops in the end. actually feels more lively on the palate than i expected...slight metallic aftertaste. not all the bad but not great either.

Aroma is of barley and cherry licquer. Clear dark amber, thin vanishing head. Buckets of cherry flavor with a lesser malt base. Vanilla finish. Thin to medium body. Surprisingly good, especially for the price.

Serving: Draft. Appearance: Clear, orange color with a foamy, off-white head. Aroma: Light nose that has some grain and an off metallic note. Flavor: The metallic note returns in the flavor, slight vegetal notes, a little malt sweetness, and some toast. Not the most tasty brew. Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium-light, slightly dry mouthfeel and a short finish. Overall: Not my favorite Oktoberfest. The metallic note comes through strongly on both the nose and in the flavor. Skip this one.

Traditional Marzen aroma not sticky sweet, smells like it should... Mouthfeel is a bit strange with small tingling bubbles... Traditional flavors, a touch dry, decent offering... Too heavy to drink in quantity, ABV is felt...

Flavor is grainy and slightly metallic, somewhat lacking in depth. A bit on the lame side

Pours a clear golden color with a nice off white foamy head. Aeoma is yeasty. Taste is grainy with a hint of malt. This is an Oktoberfest? National Taste Institute needs to re-taste! Not much going on with this brew.
