2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 eaglefan538 (2726) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - JUN 16, 2006
Sickly sweet, don’t expect a pilsner, other than the Saaz (description only says Hallertau?) hopping and carbonation. Pours an orangey-yellow color with some chill haze, lots of carbonation, but a short-lived head. Aroma was light grass, some cardboard, some bready aspects. The flavor was bread, sweet cookies, caramel, corn, and light grass. Mouthfeel was sickly sweet for a "pilsner," nothing dry at all about the finish, even with a significant level of carbonation. Too sweet to enjoy.

Amber pour with a light head. Flavor is fairly reminiscent of a Molson Canadian with a bit more balance and malt body. Sweetish character with malt goes nice and is a departure from what I expected in a Pils.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 stegosaurus (1882) - Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 30, 2006
Bottle. Pours copper with a decent sized white head. Aroma of hops, caramel malts, and grass. Flavor is smooth, sweet, malty, carbonated, with a dry bitter hoppy finish. Good body, ok brew.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Sammy (5888) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 14, 2006
A medium bodied vienna with a dry and sweet finish. Now, knowing the style as a vienna I understand its malty aroma and malty taste. Satisfying, not offensive nor interesting. Corn and carmel too, a macro brew replacement. Apparently not made by the brewery.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 JCapriotti (1379) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 7, 2006
I found this to be an okay beer, departing from a standard pilsener. Amber copper color. Some hops in aroma. Grainy malt taste with a hint of std hops.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 ceejmeister (7) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 2, 2006 does not count
My favorite locally brewed beer. Great for everyday. More flavor than a typical pilsner. Probably more like an ale.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 thehinge (253) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - APR 1, 2006
Well carbonated, honey colored pour with a straw aroma. White head that has just a touch of lacing. Sweet, malty front end with a slightly bitter hop finish.
A good session beer.

I think they miss-bottled this. Hardly a pils. Very smooth and polite ale. Pours offwhite head with a cloud of brown amber dust. Nose is somewhat soapy.Taste is straight bread, caramel, faint cinnamon over a malty layer.
