COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship brand! An amber Vienna-style lager beer that is smooth, mellow and full bodied, with delicate hop aroma. Uses two-row barley malt and caramel-roasted malt. Based on founder Tom Pastorius’ favorite German bier.

pours golden with a large lt. tan head. This beer is fairly plain, it is grainy with a light buttery flavor, there are some light sweet malts and a mild bitterness to finish.

Not one of my favorites. Actually seemed to have a bit of a metallic finish.

Hazy amber color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma caramel malt, grain/hay, & some citrus; Flavor of slight sweet malt, caramel, light hops, and some fruit; Finish is slightly sour/tangy; Just decent for me.

Pours a honey/orange color with a medium white head. Aroma has straw and grass. Flavor is more straw with an earthy bitterness...minimal grassiness. Mouthfeel is medium and the finish is earthy/skunky and dry.

Standard Vienna lager. Clean, clear, crisp. Refreshing. Was impressed with the sticky lacing. I’m not must a of a lager guy, so this doesn’t really trip my trigger, but it’s definitely drinkable.

Pors a slightly hazy gold with minimal head. Aroma is actually very nice with some raspberry tart notes with the hops and yeast. The taste in the other hand is more of the doughy yeast flavor with a somewhat mild addition of yeast and hops. I guess it is a halfway decent pilsener but I have never really cared too much for the style in the first place.

Very light hoppy beer. Extremely average but how high are pilsner a related anyway.

Poured from a refrigerated bottle received from weihenheizen. Thanks! Pours a darker than expected gold, on the verge of copper with a steady white head. The aroma is kind of sweet and caramelly with a caramunich quality to it. Taste is somewhat sweet, while remaining mostly inoffensive. Overall, it isn’t bad.

Bottle. Bready malt aroma. Straw color with a large off-white head. Sweet grainy malt flavor wit a subdued grassy bitter finish. Light crisp body. Nice balance between the sweetness and hops.

Toffee. Caramel malt aroma. Golden yellow with large white head. Mildly sweet barley malt and lightly bitter hay hops flavor. Nice easy drinking beer.
