Bottle. Lemon, banana, light clove, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with nice head. Mildly sweet lemon, banana, clove and full wheat malt flavor. Full bodied. A world class weizen.

Poured cloudy minimal head. Lots of clove aroma. Taste was light sweetness, with cereal and clove flavors. Light body thin feel, soft carbonation. Great beer to drink in the hot summer months.

Bottle. Strong wheat scent, a sweet tinge. Pale yellow pour. Light body with a frothy bubbly mouthfeel. Mellow citrus taste with a grainy wheat finish.

Pours cloudy yellow with a fast diminishing white head. Smells malty with spice. Taste is med wheat body with some spice and citrus. After taste is too thin in my opinion. A little watery. But still is "refreshing". Not too bad, but there are better out there.

12oz bottle at Dada’s in Delray. Occasionally Dada’s will have a decent craft beer selection of about 4 bottles. This was a pretty standard Hefe. Served with a lemon on the rim, which I ditched into my water, the aroma was citrusy with hints of orange peel. Pretty good but nothing out of the ordinary.

12 ounce bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a totally opaque orange color with a small white head. A sweet grainy and lemon nose. A strong flavor of bananas, some lemon and spices. A very interesting Hefe, seems like a very traditional version. Light palate and almost no head after a bit. I like it.

translucent gold, large bubbled small white head. Nose is autolysis, light banana, citrus. More wheat early and mid, light banana and run er as well, stronger grain finish. A bit chalky in the finish, gritty even.

Aroma is a citrusy wheat with a hint of spice. Taste is strongly spice with citrusy wheat. Overall a nice balance and weizen.
