Bottled, thanks marbles! Cloudy pale orange. Estery, orangey nose. Sweet and soft with notes of peach and fraspberry, Mild and true to style, but with it’s own twist. Good stuff.

Light yellow gold color, slightly cloudy. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is clove, must and spice. A medium bodied hefe. Malts are fruity and sweet. Touches of banana and clove flavors. Light and refreshing. Very slightly sweet. Hints of lemon in the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Cloudy deep yellow with a smaller than average head for a weizen. Musty clove aroma some yeast. Flavor is spicy and tangy with a bitter finish. A little bit chalky.

12oz Bottle No Date Pours a cloudy straw color with a thick head that melts away quickly. Aroma is great with lots of yeast, clove and banana like esthers. The flavor is also great and especially for an American Weizen. Lots of good wheat malt flavor with yeasty notes and a slight bitter dry finish. Slight aftertaste of yeast particals detracts a bit. Body is medium and crisp with good carbonation. Overall a great refreshing brew!

Pours cloudy gold with a thick white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma was of yeast with bananas. Flavor was banana/clove, but not overpowering, finish was sweet(citrus notes) and acidic. I usually don’t care for this style, I think it’s the cloves, but I found this beer easily drinkable.

Brewtopia 2004: Looks like unfiltered grapefruit juice. Big banana/clove aroma, medium bodied, ends sweet and acidic.

On tap at Brewtopia ’04. Poured a cloudy plae gold with a nicely yeasty aroma. Taste was yeasty with some malt, a bit of saltiness and some lemony lime.
