| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 11, 2004 12oz Bottle No Date Pours a cloudy straw color with a thick head that melts away quickly. Aroma is great with lots of yeast, clove and banana like esthers. The flavor is also great and especially for an American Weizen. Lots of good wheat malt flavor with yeasty notes and a slight bitter dry finish. Slight aftertaste of yeast particals detracts a bit. Body is medium and crisp with good carbonation. Overall a great refreshing brew! jzzbassman (842), New Albany, Mississippi, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 9, 2004 Pours cloudy gold with a thick white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma was of yeast with bananas. Flavor was banana/clove, but not overpowering, finish was sweet(citrus notes) and acidic. I usually don’t care for this style, I think it’s the cloves, but I found this beer easily drinkable. Volgon (2488), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
