A great session beer with a smooth and creamy texture and a fantastic hoppy aftertaste

Amber coloured beer, taste is dominated by crystal malt perhaps and has a sweet aftertaste, nice

Cask. Amber, head disappears really quickly. Nose is earth, sweet malts, some hops. Taste is sweet fruit, peach rings, bread. Really watery.

On cask at The York Tap. Pours a dark golden colour with a decent white head. Aroma of yeast, apple seed and caramel. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Mildly bitter but too yeasty for my tastes.

Good session ale and a lot more flavour than the Real Blonde. Notes of cereal, hoppy, not bad. Can’t remember all that much of it, but it was decent.

Amber colour with a white head. Smell of sweet caramel malt. Light thin body. Taste of a simple watery caramel malt that lacks any character with a watery hop bitter finish. Not very interesting at all.

Hand pulled at the Devonshire Cat, Sheffield. Sweet cereal ale. Perfectly pleasant, but thoroughly boring. Drinkable, unexciting amber. Non-discernible, uninteresting hop flavour.

On cask at The Congress, Longton. An amber beer with a white head. Some malt, some caramel, pleasant session ale.
