Midnight Rose is a smooth, creamy dark ale at only 3.7%, a real delight to drink! It is unique as it provides floral scents and chocolatey flavours, these come from the chocolate hops which are used in the brewing process to make it an unforgettable world class pint of dark ale. A must try!

Cask conditioned handpump Duck & Drake Leeds 11/06/12. Firstly before I start. Check out the commercial deScription. Chocolate hops! Gotta get me some of them! Anyway this poured dark ruby with a whitish head and lacing. It has a weirdy fruity sweetness and an odd booziness. Cola spangles and envelope glue. Many flaws. I could picks holes in most words in that comm desc to be honest.

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2013 Draught in Fringe MCR. Nose not much to write home about. Very watery texture. Not getting any stouty chocolate or coffee notes at all. Slight lacing. Disappointing
