COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Strength comes in many forms. With our Banyan Brown Ale, the flavors develop slowly and wrap around your taste buds. You’ll taste notes of chocolate and a certain nutty hoppiness that will inspire you to ask for a second pint. Banyan trees are known as survivors. By nestling in crevices in other trees, the small seed of the Banyan takes hold and starts to expand. Slowly, over time, the Banyan tree drops its limbs and wraps around the original trunk. We like to think of the Banyan Brown Ale in the same way – take a sip, drop your troubles and start to relax. The Banyan Brown Ale is perfect for Florida winters. The mild body is enough to keep you warm, without making you reach for woolen mittens. With hints of caramel and cocoa, you’ll enjoy sipping the Banyan Brown Ale all year long.

Draft... This beer rocks!... Clear brown pour with ruby flashes and a mid-sized, creamy, off-white head that never fully dissipates. The aroma is a melange of toasted malts, almonds, pistaschios and milk chocolate. Full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. The flavor is roasty and lightly sweet with chocolate, caramel and toasted tree nuts. Finishes crisp and mildy bittersweet. Wow! I’m pleasantly surprised and sort of blown by this unheralded brown ale!

When it comes to ale’s I am not a big brown ale fan, but this one really surprised me. It has the right amount of malts and a great after taste that always has me getting it again when I visit

This draft brew from a restaurant poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a uncarbonated transparent red brown colored body and a poor lacing. The weak aroma was hoppy and brown malt. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. The good flavor contained notes of wood nutty brown malt and hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.
