COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Irregular. Also available bottled.
The latest brew has also been bottled. Its crisp and hoppy, yet with plenty of good juicy malt balance too. The finish is dry and satisfying.

Bottle from the brewpub. Golden colour and a nice sparkle. Hoppy, herbal aroma is nice and bright. Fairly bitter, pithy and with light citrus notes. Good, hearty ale that blends lager with American pale. The lager malts really show through. We bought a case - top stuff.

Bottle from brewery. Bright pale gold, sparkling. Natural, earthy grain, freshly floral, clean and inviting. High carbonation, but tremendous possibilities for quaffing. The taste is where this really shines. Absolutely brilliant hop profile, almost hoppy pils in quality with late, lingering bitterness that plays on the tongue and begs for more...And this is fast becoming my favorite Cornwall brewery and pub.

Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer. Ghostly white head. Lots of citrus marmalade, mild lemon and orange - grapefruit. Lower carbonation than I would prefer but lively fruit. Semi dry finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Sessionable and decent.
