Serve in Flute, Footed Pilsner

Yellow ppt with a fluff white head. Light aroma of malts and grass. Flavor is balanced with a nce hoppy presence upfront and a sweet finish.

On tap at Scotty’s Lakehouse. Pours murky straw yellow with some white head. The nose is grainy with a bit of herbal hops. Dirty grain flavor with grassy hop bitterness. Doughy mouthfeel. Not what I was Looking for.

draft sample at Indiana winterfest - Pours pale gold with a white head and smells of bready malt and hops with a light touch of citrus. The hops lend a moderately bitter flavor, more-so than most pilsners. It works. Good brew.

Draft sample at IBG 2010 Winterfest. Poured hazy yellow color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate yeast and small hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.
