Classic American Style Pale Ale. This is a well balanced beer with a dry hop character. We used all Mt. Hood hops in the boil and dry hoped this beer after fermentation. American base malt and a touch of Caramalt give this beer, its body and straw color. We also used our Hop Back on this beer, which involves running the wort through whole leaf hop cones (Mt. Hood) to give the beer a bolder hop aroma and mouthfeel.

Very fresh. But nothing outstanding about it. A good session beer. A touch of hop spice.

Draught at Tomilson Tap Room. Had this next to Mound Builder and I don’t know, neither seemed far too different. I thought the hops came through and nice bitterness.

Clear, light amber pour. Light aroma of sweet malts, some caramel. A light bodied beer and very bland compared to their other beers. It’s an OK beer.
