Brewed with special malts entirely produced by the German maltster Weyermann, fermented with a German lager yeast strain, and balanced with just enough German Magnum hops, the velvety texture of this brew will have you asking for another.

On tap at the brewpub. I was impressed with this. There was some very nice malty complex, paired with a snappy and relatively clean lagering. A nip of heat was an added element. Mid-colored, so not chocolatey, but not pale, with more of the toast, nut, and light caramels. Decent.
