Cloudy golden-amber w/ frothy off white foam. Aroma is fruity (citrus, some green grapes), moderately malty (caramel, cookie dough), & mildly yeasty (candied banana). Light, soft, creamy feel. Flavour is primarily malty (caramel, toffee, cookie dough) & yeasty (banana) w/ some fruitiness (citrus) & a light, tart acidity. Some dryness, and mild bitterness in the finish.
