From keir. Thanks! Glass, from notes. A: Orange with a fluffy white head. Good lacning. N: Big yeast with lemon, peppercorn, horse blanket, coriander, and white chalk. Nose continues through sour green apple and husky grain. T: Bitter and chalky with a touch of sweetness. Yeasty. M: Slicky, medium bodies O: A touch of everything. Body’s too heavy and there’s too much yeast here. It’s still good, but have an Orval.

750 mL bottle from Beer Run. Pours a hazy amber color with a thin frothy off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of doughy malts, canned fruits, nutty notes and mild funk in the finish. The taste is stone fruits, canned fruits, citrus, bready malts, nuts, mild caramel, very faint brett. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Another disappointing beer from these guys.

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a clear amber with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of straw, caramel and horseblanket. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, caramel and light funk with a smooth dry lingering caramel finish.

Draft. Golden pour with white head. Light Brett and spices with some light yeast and wheat tones. Nice light funky Belgian.

On tap at Barcade Philadelphia.
Appearance: The body is midlly hazy with an amber hue, the head is short and dense forming a dense light tan coating.
Aroma: The aroma is abundant with juicy fruity and bubblegum aromas. The aroma is reminiscent of a pineapple and strawberry Chobani yogurt with bubblegum and hints of dry Brett. It’s lovely, one of the best beers I’ve smelled.
Taste: Very fruity from start to finish with a sweet, but mild, malt base. Lots of strawberry and pineapple throughout with bubblegum towards the end with some dry leathery Brett. The bubblegum lingers dryly for a bit.
Palate: Full-bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Wow, very juicy and enjoyable. Lots of flavors here, all playing off each other nicely. The Brett compliments this perfectly. Well done.
