750ml bottle, shared by phaleslu. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Thin white head. Some dots of lace. Nice funky fruity brett taste. Bigger body. Lighter, smoother carbonation. More dry texture. More sweet, light zesty. Light taste of alcohol. Good funk. Nice stuff.

750 ml bottle from Randall’s. Pours a cloudy, relatively dull orange-gold color with a medium eggshell white head. Notes of bretty funk, sweet and bready malts, straw, apricot, wheat, pineapple, and mild spice. Light-medium bodied, with a dry, funky, malty mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Seems just a little different with every sip. Complex and interesting.

Orange pour draft from brouwerij lane. Strong Brett funk and the rest was not so interesting.

Clear, darker orange with frothy white head / Light nose of resin, orchard fruit, citrus, cream, brett / Light to medium body, steely & resinous, smooth, creamy, some syrupy sweetness but nicely balanced, with lightly bitter finish / Very smooth, lactic flavors of resin, straw, clover honey, violet, orange peel, pineapple, cream, chrysanthemum, horse blanket / It sneaks up on you, and what a beauty. One of those you can drink another bottle.

UPDATED: MAY 31, 2013 Draft at Fountainhead. Pours a straw-like pale color with a white head. Nose has a strong grain quality and vanilla ester. Brett isn’t really noted. Toast and clean. Lemon and cut grass. On tasting, low cloves and plastic. Quite bitter with a pithy note. Toasty malt and pils sweetness. Clean overall but missed the dynamic side. Good beer overall.

Draft at Churchkey. Poured a slightly hazy golden amber color with a very large white head - once it settled down, I took a crack at it. Aroma was some spicy funk character, light malts, mild sweetness. Flavor had some spice funk character, grain. Pretty refreshing.

14 karat pour with a small ivory head that left a spot or two inside the glass. Bready, malty, sugary with honey-baked biscuit, caramel, citrus preserves, and even vanilla present. Touch of dark fruit. Was looking for the Brett but had a hard time finding it. Perhaps needed more time in the bottle to develop complexity.

Tap. Pours clear gold with creamy white head; decent retention and lacing. Aroma is mixed herbs, biscuit and cereal malts, grassy notes, grapefruit, toast, and light spice. Flavor is bready malts, grassy hops, light fruit esters, herbs, and faint toast; dry finish. Light/medium body and low carbonation.
