COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In late January, we held a funky, wild night of a total Brett Takeover here in the tasting room. Along with an entire evening of Brett beers, Brewmaster Phil Wymore and Brewmaster Chase Healy of Prairie Artisan Ales collaborated on a beer. The result of their labor is Dual Artisanship, a hoppy red Saison! Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra combine with a secondary Brett fermentation creatiing a big, tropical juciness followed by a dry, funky finish.

Draft at ChurchKey on my birthday! Poured a nice dark orange copper color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was some nice hearthy and herbal notes. Some floral character comes through. Light bretty funk, dry character comes through on the finish. Some light tropics.

Draft at Perennial. Amber hazy with a fine white head and lacing that sticks. Nose is heavy brett, a hint of malt, and some fruity undertones. Tastes citrusy, light malt, and lots of brett. Really developing as it ages a bit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Whole Foods in Alexandria, VA. Orange copper body with a thick, white head. Earthy, funky, grassy, herbal scent and flavor. Hops and mild bitterness amid a wonderful funky character. Tasty.

From the December 2014 3R6P tasting. +++ Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a small soapy orange-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy cactus, pine and catbox. The flavor was sweet and tangy with sugar and notes of pine, catbox and citrus. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Deep hazy amber with white head. Nose of dry leather, earthy floral pine, and faint melon/pineapple. Flavor is leather, citrus rind, woody pine, faint tropical fruit, and mild golden malt. Lingering dry leather, pine, and rind. Nice carb level. Didn’t pick up any medicinal or bandaid flavors. Quite nice.

On draft at magnolias in purceville it is an effervescent cloudy golden color with a slight head. The aroma is fruity and the taste is bready and yeasty

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2014 On draft at Magnolias in Purcellville. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Fruity nose. Flavors of grain and a bit of brett. Crisp finish. From a 75 cl bottle a week or so later. From this pour I got an intensely fruity nose with flavors of tropical fruits and juicy mandaring oranges. Bitter finish.

Funky fruity floral aroma. Some sourness but it is funk, but it works well. Fruitiness though. Very nice citrus and floral hops. Nice Belgian yeast saison base. Very good beer, funk goes more toward sour with the sourness Brett balance. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg @ CK. Slightly hazy deep Amber with a small head. Nose is pretty herbal. Dried strawberries, dirt. Lemon spritz. A touch of yogurt. Taste is nice and dry, bretty. Dry barnyard. Restrained dank lemon hop. Tropical fruit. White pepper. Light body, soft carb. Cool stuff.
