A killer noel. Lots of spice and dark fruit and citrus and the rosemary comes through not he nose and the palate. Ultimately, a delicate and very balanced beer with a festive element that is only the result of all these things working in harmony.

Bottled sample at Whole Foods Charlottesville. Pours a hazy copper with a thin head. Fair head retention. Aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon, caramel, bread, candied fruits. The taste is toffee, nuts, candied fruit, nutmeg and a spicy finish. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

Draft at Churchkey. Poured a amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was nice orange zest and cloves. Flavor was nice light spices, clove, orange zest. Rosemary? Light booze comes through, but it is nice.

Quite liked this beer. Some raisins and figs, a touch of citrus and lots of florals. Sweet finish. Thick pour but not too syrupy. Pours dark cloudy brown with ok head and lacing. Tap at Churchkey.

Has the most unusual aroma with a spice and rosemary combination. Dark red amber color and a honey rosemary hop flavor. An odd and unusual beer.

Glass at Perennial during my BA Abraxas pickup stop. Had this with a Stacked burger. Call the color copper and that is close enough. A little foam. This drinks like a holiday ale meets barleywine. A lot going on here. Spice notes including cinnamon, some fruit including citrus and raisins, some harshness and alcohol. Nothing shy here.
