4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Dark, ruddy pour of brown liquid, the head present but a whisper. Rich aroma of lightly cooked brown sugar and alcohol. Drinks with a warming palate, rich with caramel malt and syrupy goodness, but not in an overwhelming way at all. Quite well balanced and drinkable for a 10% wheat wine. Excellent. (#5360, 12/12/2013)
