750ml bottle from beernbourbon, thanks Vince. Clear golden with a small spotty white head Aroma of wheat, fruity yeast, alcohol, toffee, apple and dough. Flavor is toffee, spicy/fruity yeast esters, alcohol and sugar. Medium body with soft carbonation. This is a really nice wheat wine, really fruity and a bit hot.

Aroma is of bread, caramel and wild yeast, the pour is clear amber, carbonated, with a lasting tan head. It starts out bitter and strongly alcoholic, with a lasting finish that tails off to a sweet finish. The feel is carbonated and bright, like a lambic but much stronger. Overall an interesting and different brew.

Bottle: The aroma consists of light caramel and peach. It pours a transparent amber with a small off-white head that quickly fades to a thin ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of caramel and toffee. The finish has light-moderate fruit, oxidation, and citrus. It’s medium bodied with mild carbonation.

On tap at the Tasting Room. Golden color with moderate white foam and a little lace. It is what it claims to be: wine-strength wheat ale. Grainy, overly sweet, very boozy. Lacked grain, hops and yeast complexity. Decent but not great.
