COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Peach Berliner Weisse is a German-style tart wheat beer that’s perfect for the hot summer months. We violate traditional German beer production methods in every way by adding hundreds of pounds of Midwest-grown peaches to each batch. We hope you enjoy the irreverence as much as we do.

Bottle - 750mL crowned. Bottled 8/2013. Straw yellow pour with a short, bubbly white head. Aroma is funky yeast, tart fruit, unripe peaches, wheat and soft lemon. Taste is lemon, yeast, strong wheat notes, tart peach and light earthiness. Body is light and the carbonation is prickly with a mild dryness during the finish. Ends with a touch more sweetness than any time throughout. Wheat notes, slightly funky yeast, hints of yogurt, peach notes, lemon juice and earthy notes.

On draft at Church Key in DC. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a frothy white head. Very unusual aroma - a hint of licorice. Flavors of nutmeg and mild tart apple. Where’s the peach?

cloudy. nose is salty with peaches. Not all that sour, lots of residual sugars left hanging out in this bottle. peach throughout but more like a peach syrup.

Bottle thanks to Richard. Pours a cloudy golden color with medium head. Nose is big peach, some lacto, along with lemon and light yeast. The palate is tart enough to balance out the rich peach flavor, with nice carbonation and medium body. Nice refreshing take on a Berliner.

750 ml bottle. Pour is an ever so slightly hazy gold with a massive fizzy head that dies very quickly. First approach reveals a lot of peach aroma with a grainy edge to it. The aroma seems to fade a bit as it warms, which makes me a little sad, but flavor is fantastically well done. The peach dominates and balances well against a slightly tart and grainy backdrop. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing and finish is slightly sour. Darn good stuff.

Draft at Stag’s Head. Pours slightly cloudy light gold with a fairly minimal head that dissapated right away. Aroma is very faint of peaches with some slight tart/funky notes. Taste is crisp, light and tart with notes of sweet peaches, lemons, acid and light funk. Very refreshing, easy drinking and the perfect foil for a 90 degree day, which is when I enjoyed this beer. Nicely done.

Bottle poured a light golden color with aromas of light peach, dough, and a touch of tartness. Flavors were light tart peach with some light dough, light on the palate, refreshing in the heat.
