Our Peach Berliner Weisse is a German-style tart wheat beer that’s perfect for the hot summer months. We violate traditional German beer production methods in every way by adding hundreds of pounds of Midwest-grown peaches to each batch. We hope you enjoy the irreverence as much as we do.

From Keir. Thanks! From notes. A: Clouded yellow with a faded white head. Some lacing. N: Light lactic acid, grapefruit, lemon, and peach. Moderately fruity. T: Very light flavor. Sweet, sour, and salty in moderate proportions. M: Light body, soft carbonation. O: Strikes me as a Gose, and a light flavored one at that. I much prefer Ching Ching to this.

750 from the Locals Yup beer swap, thanks RobertDale! Gusher pours very clouded beige with a white frothy head that drops fairly quick. Scent is sour vinegared peaches. Flavor is more berliner than peach, but the peach is there. It’s light, wheaty with a cidery funk.

Bottle. Hazy yellow pour with white head. Tart peach and light lacto aromas. Pleasant sweet peach and a touch of tart fruit. Finishes total fruit, only complaint could use a little more of a tart kick.

10oz pour at fireside grill. Hazy pale yellow with a small persistent white head and light lacing. Aroma is of wheat, honey, peaches notes and floral presence. Taste is moderately sweet with honey, peaches, acidity from wheat and floral notes. Light body, almost watery. Low carbonation. Good, gently tart, cheesy, refreshing and drinkable Berliner Weisse. Interesting "peach" touch.
