COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Peach Berliner Weisse is a German-style tart wheat beer that’s perfect for the hot summer months. We violate traditional German beer production methods in every way by adding hundreds of pounds of Midwest-grown peaches to each batch. We hope you enjoy the irreverence as much as we do.

Bottle. Pours light apricot with white head. Nose and taste of creamy peaches, lactose and light grain. Light sour milk finish with creamed peach. Lighter body.

The aroma has nice peach freshness, while the flavor is more lactic, with robust acidity.
Very nice, refreshing.

The beer is a fairly light yellow tan color. It’s quite cloudy. Small white head, quite fizzy. Very nice peachy aroma. Mild lacto flavor. It’s mostly just bright sweet peach. Not terribly juicy but fresh and floral. Some wheat spice and bready malt sweetness. Taste is moderately tart. Unfortunately, the peach flavor is fairly muted unlike the aroma. Mild bitterness. Fairly dry. Just a bit boring. Not much yeast fruitiness. Fizzy mouthfeel, light on the palate.

On tap at Super Deli Mart, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh peaches and citrus zest. Flavour is similar, with lots of tangy citrus zest and moderate peach presence. Fresh, zest and tart. Reasonably refreshing Berliner Weisse, but not in the top tier for the style. Good.

Quite cloudy. Pale. No head. Very peachy with s clean kettle sour character. Light body, very clean, bright peach note. Not a complicated beer but pretty damn nice.

Poured to a sampling shaker at the WCD Trade Expo 2015 in Chicago, displaying a hazed, orangey straw color, with a modest layer of white head foam that reduced to a bubbly ring, and light dots & dashes of lacing. The nose was a bit perfumey, with acidic lemon, pit fruit, and some white wine-like nature. Light bodied, with good spritz to the carbonation, the taste was dry, and quite sour. Perky refreshment, but couldn’t necessarily particularize the peach.

Tart lemon nose. Clear golden, medium head. Tart, dry, and crisp white grape and peach, lemon overtones. Some lactic quality. Light body and spritzy. Very refreshing after a vigorous game of tennis when the temperature is in the 90s. Too tart and carbonated for good quaffing though, which was kind of a bummer.

Bottle thanks to Ed. Aromas are peach sorbet and wheat. Tastes moderately sour. Strong wheat and light peach sorbet. Decent.
