Inspired by the rustic farmhouse-style Saisons of Southern Belgium, Regalia is brewed with barley, wheat and spelt and fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Brettanomyces Anomala. A sturdy malt character supports the complex array of flavors that the yeast provides, and will continue to develop over time.

Special Brews, Lynnwood. Tight white foam, heavy peachy gold. Belgian sweet body with really light juicy Brett. Bright juicy appearance. Solid beer, some ester and alc richness. Belgian character.

750 ml bottle from who-knows-where.

Gold pour, looking comparatively still but plenty of micro-bubbles giving a full mouthfeel. Nose of honeysuckle and bread. Surprisingly sweet flavors -- might be very interesting to try a two-year-old bottle -- but they don’t detract. Instead, you get a nice honey-like saison with brett quite backgrounded, elements of a tripel. Spicy yeasts. Worth a revisit.

Hazy golden color with a single finger foamy head that looks like steamed milk. Aroma has some hay and horse blanket notes. Some floral notes present as well. Lots of carbonation. Taste is full of orange and is slightly tart. Dry finish. This beer is very bright and yeast forward, a little bubblegum too. I enjoyed this more than I thought I would.

Aroma is spicy Belgian yeasts, apricots, peaches, some mild mineral funky rotten bits. Taste is the same with some buttery thickness...a tad sweet. Reminded me of a Belgian-style Prairie. Beautifully designed label as well.

First off, if you seek a funk or yeast bomb, look elsewhere. This i a subtle yet extremely complex beer, with hopcitrus, hops, spicy yeasty notes in the nose and taste, and a complex and smooth finish. I enjoyed this one greatly.

Capped 750 from Corti Bros. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is spicy stone fruit with brett notes. Near full bodied. Flavor is lightly spicy/bretty peach/apricot type fruits, some earthiness, seems a bit sugary. Yet it is fairly bitter. Tasty drink, but not so sure farmhouse is the right descriiptor. But brewers rule.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours cloudy golden with a nice beige head and a floral grain aroma. There is a hearty mixed malt flavor with a hint of brett and an earthy finish. Fairly complex and tasty.

Sampled at The Festival 2015 in St. Petes with Vinny. Pours a light orange body with soft haze and white lace. Mouthfeel is medium with notes of clove, spicy brett, yeast, wheat and light bitter fruits. Somewhat dull.
