Hazy yellow pour with a big white head. A nice floral aroma, plenty of chamomile, some straw, grass, and a bit of melon fruitiness. A fairly light malt note, some herbs, and minimal yeast. There is a soft sweetness to the palate. Nice floral and herbal qualities, a light grassiness, some yeast, and a hint of melon and apple. A touch of honey in the background.

Not getting much aroma wise. Musty melon and citrus. Hazy gold yellow. White head good lacing. Delicious earthy saison with some chorus Ness from yeast. Good.

Thanks to the kind soul who shared this at a recent Tampa crew tasting. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is light malt, berry, grain, lots of herbal and floral character, and yeast. Flavor is light malt, slight berry, grain, yeast, and spice. Medium in body and an interesting saison overall.

Murky yellow orange body,.Slow rising trails of carbonation. A lasting ring of foam remains around the edges of the glass.Floral aromas of honey, herbs, hops and yeast. Simple and balanced.Flavors of bitter herbal tea, chamomile, dry grassy bitterness. Lots of yeast, a "green" freshness to it. Light floral-derived phenolic. Honeyed malt appears in the aftertaste, mild spiciness. Effervescent with a medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall a pleasant Saison, one I’d drink again for sure.

Acquired in a trade. Placed it in the fridge and enjoying it a few days later in a Hill Farmstead glass. It’s a very dark golden haze. 3 finger solid white head that fades fast. Smell is pretty weak. Sort of a floral honey scent. Hints of breadiness. Taste feels very bread heavy, very wheat forward and some sweetness from both flowers and honey. I love the carbonation mouthfeel of this.

Draft at Jerry’s. Yellow-gold with good, creamy, white head / Light floral nose of citrus and resin / Medium body, somewhat fat and creamy, resinous, mostly dry with excellent hop balance and lightly bitter finish / Elegant flavors of chamomile, chalk, smoke, grape, and honey / Stylish and interesting, especially the smokey character.

Bottle at CBF. Lots of nice yeast esters on this beer makes me think this is spot on for style when balance with the slight spice! Flavor is spicy as well. Mouthfeel is effervescent with champagne like qualities

750 mL bottle, as pictured. Pours a very hazy golden yellow. Smells very flowery and citrusy. Taste has a bit of pepper and spice, but the citrus flavor comes through. Easy to drink though. Very good.

Pours light gold with a thin white head. Aroma of creme, chamomile, and slight saison yeast. This tastes and smells like walking into an ice creme shop. Really nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
