Poured from tap a hazy straw yellow with a off white head. Aroma of floral, biscuit, and slight citrus. Tastes similar to smells but with the floral notes taking the spotlight and the addition of a faint banana.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz goblet / tulip draft at Martin City Brewing Company in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is hazed orange golden yellow with a nice one inch mostly white head. The aroma is straw, Belgian spice, floral herbal, and the presence of the chamomile. Engaging nose. The taste is a great balance of the straw and wheat malt, along with the floral, herbal and chamomile. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation, and a pleasant Belgian yeast spice aftertaste. Nice one.

Hint of tobacco, like being at The Tinder Box. Cloudy yellow. Unique. Pretty light.
