Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Floral and yeast aroma with spice and light fruitiness. Yeast and spice flavor with light herbal notes. Medium bodied. Yeast and spice linger with light herbal notes. Dry finish.

Bold and balanced saison with a big fluffy head from the bottle. Notes of field and flowers blend with belgian esters. smooth and dry with a lingering finish. Delicious table beer I could drink year round.

Cloudy yellow with a small white head.
Yeast, vanilla, chamomile, lemon aroma.
Flavour has a mild funkiness, sweet, yeasty, chamomile....

One of more normal beers from those guys.
Just a well crafted saison with hint of Chamomile.
Would love to try more beers of theirs for sure.

Backlog rating. Keg at Mother Kelly’s, London. It pours a hazed clean golden color with s large white head. Aroma is yeasty, spicy, fruity, estery, with light green tea and apricots. Taste has sweet ripe fruits, chamomile, green tea, violets, wet hay. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, very nice floral rustic saison

Bland saison with weak body and no discernable chamomile flavor or aroma. Inoffensive but unexciting.

A soft pour into my IPA glass produces a two finger thick, pale, just tanned head; the head is dense, sort of creamy, and clings quite well to the sides of my glass. The beer is a bright, pale amber color that shows a bright, yellow golden hue when held up to the light. Even as i pour this I get scents of chamomile, and a more focused smell of the aroma yields an even stronger, floral note of the same. This is backed by honey-leaning pale malt, dry, pale cracker like grain notes, some sunbaked straw grain character, and a yeast derived fruitiness that smells of honeydew melon, pears, and floral apples.
Bubbly, effervescent, dry, and light bodied, this embodies the texture of a Saison quite well. The finish has a spicy, sort of herbal, sort of astringent character to it that offsets the chamomile and yeast influenced, honey like notes up front. This is definitely evocative of honey, but it does this without being sweet at all. Floral apple notes, touches of pear, honeydew melon, and lots of floral nectar character form the backbone of this beer.
This could use a touch more hop bitterness, or spiciness to balance out the chamomile and fruit notes, but is still quite tasty as is; that extra bit of balance would push this to another level though. If I had to guess I would say this was brewed with the French, Thiriez derived yeast strain, which I find to be a touch bland, though it is certainly a workhorse, which is why brewers love it.
