I had this at Global Brew. Pours yellow with a white head. Taste belgian yeast, floral, sweet. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Found this on sale, so I decided to give it a shot - hazy gold with a fairly thick, frothy lace - nose has some banana esters, white pepper phenolics, light muskiness, a fairly heavy, mute yeastiness - carbonation is soft up front, but gets a little rough on the tail end - flavor is rather dull and lacking character - the front end in particular just tastes like a mouthful of heavy, bland, soggy bread dough yeastiness - later on, some light phenolics (pepper), dry, crisp toasted grain notes, and moderate chamomile bitterness materialize - finish is dry, with light mineral and some rustic earthy cobweb notes - bland and muted, but not without its merits - not worth the money, though, even on sale.

great light saison color, pale yellow with a slight neon tint, thousands of tiny bubbles form bounds around the glass to create a consistent stable pillow. herbal aroma, floral notes, the chamomile plays so well with the yeast, its really a beautiful marriage. slight malt sweetness in the nose, some light apple crisp, the first bight not apple core. the flavor is driven by the yeast, mostly fruity notes, the yeast seem to carry through the sip, light hop character plays nicely with herbal notes. the carbonation is exceptional, i would prefer if it was a little drier, but the carbonation has the right amount of pop without numbing the tongue. overall a great beer i would definitely try this again and share with others. i feel the price point was slightly higher but the quality of the product is well worth it. This is a brewery i would really like to see more of.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold body under a foamy thin white head that left a bit of sparse lacing. The nose is quite nice, very light and delicate with just a bit of a floral note from the chamomile. Some light and clean pale maltiness and with just a bit of earthiness. The flavor is really nice as well, just slightly perfumy and botanical tasting with just a bit of yeastiness. Nice clean pale maltiness. Light bodied and quite refreshing with some lingering floral notes. Nice soft but lively carbonation level that helps enhance the botanical notes. Pretty nice Saison.

Draft at railroad. Pours semi hazy orange with a small white head. The aroma is light but has some lemon, peppery notes, yeasty esters. The taste is very fruity.. Almost a berry? and has a real flavor of tea bags. Rarely can you taste the two steep but this guy does it.

Bubble gum nose, murky golden colour, small head--very fine and quickly dissipating, clumps of lacing, spritzy and sweet, quick finish with fruits and herbs, too much of the bubble gum for me.

750 ml bottle. Looks pretty nice in the glass, pale golden color with a big thick white head. Aroma of pale golden malt, chamomile, mild floral and straw notes. There is also a mild general fruitiness to the aroma. Flavor is bready, with mild herbal and fruity sweetness. Crisp, refreshing, with lively carbonation. Medium fruity finish.

Hazy golden yellow in color with clear white foam... Aroma of chamomile flowers, floral hops, light golden malts, candi sugar... Flavor is light bodied, crisp mouthfeel, fruity sweet malt notes, honey, candi sugar... Not much on the finish, slightly dry yeast notes... Solid ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Enjoyed at Bailey’s Range in St. Louis. This beer arrived a crystal clear polished bright gold in color with a one finger head. It was the second beer I ordered but maintained the white head for over fifteen minutes. The nose featured light Belgian yeast and pale malt. It wasn’t overly telling and unfortunately not very aromatic. The flavors however offered pale Belgian malt sweetness, real honey, and honey crisp apples. After the nose I didn’t expect that. It is very well balanced. The apple in the after taste is pretty nice. It drinks light in body and doesn’t show any of its alcohol. For a beer of the style it is very sessionable. Overall I was quite impressed. This beer was pretty nice on draft. I’d order another.

Chamomile, candy sugar, some perfumey fruits, and sweet caramel malts. Could use less sweetness and more yeast characteristics. The malts take over a bit.
