Cloudy golden orange pour with a thin white head and lots of sticky lacing .... Aroma of grassy hops, saison yeast, floral/honey (chamomile), lemons and apples ..... Taste is herbal/honey (chamomile), grassy with tart lemons and saison yeast .... Tart apples, sweetness to it and a dry bittersweet malt flavor on the backend .... Finish is tart and has dry Apple, sweet and light bitterness .... Sessionable and balanced ... Enjoyable brew

Draught. Pours a dark golden color with a moderate white head on there. Very floral and slightly sweet nose, and just a hint of funk. Slightly sour and funky, but easy to drink. Nice.
