The color is a slightly hazy golden color with an enormous white head, and the aroma is quite similar to apple juice--fruity and slightly yeasty. The taste is quite light overall, but there is a slight sweetness and touch of sourness, and the palate is extremely complementary as it combines a soft carbonation, light body, slick texture, and a long but slightly sweet finish. Overall, if a flower’s essence could be put into a beer, I just drank it.

Yellow pour with a white head. The aroma has some biscuit malt, Belgian yeast and spices. The flavor is a bit different. I get some ginger, caramel malt, apples and yeast. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Nice saison.

Had this from draft at the Monkey Paw. Orange pour with and frothy top of foamy head. Fruity orange and lemon flavors. Vanilla and cherry taste. Good saison

Bottle 750ml.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, flowers, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, spicy, fruity tart, chamillo. Flavour is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, chamillo, flowers, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. Very nice, fine and balanced ;D [20131014]

Had this at the RB Pgh Halloween Spook-tacular Tasting/Drunkfest fall 2013, nice time at Hornydevil’s place, thanks James & Michelle! Hornydevil brought this stuff. Smoother almost slightly perfume aroam. Bitter astringent commencement. Yes, some sharp hops er sumthin inthere. but it never gets in your face. It tries to get over the top bu never quite gets there and I’m glad of it. Gets a little more bitter as the session continues. Not bad overall. Glad to have had the chance to tste this.

Bottle shared at Sante Adairius. Ester-forward, lots of apples, bruised apple flesh, mild spices and brown sugar, floral notes. Gave me a distinct vibe of apple pie before you put it in the oven.

Location: Draft at the Amity Hall, 9/27/13

Aroma: The aroma is on-style, with some yeast and spice, along with grass, straw, and fruit
Appearance: The pour is a hazy yellowish color with a decent sized head on it
Flavor: The taste is along the same lines, spice, yeast, some sweetness, and hops
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a sold mouthfeel, and a decent finish
Overall Impression: I found this one to be a nice example of the style, and another tasty, well-made offering from Perennial.

Bottle at home. Pour is slightly hazy golden orange with a big white head and great lacing. Floral, tangy, light banana, biscuity, yeasty, straw, somewhat husky, light spice, and gassy aroma. Taste is straw, yeasty, flower petals, white pepper - though not much spice - grass, dough, and husky. Medium body with soft carbonation. Easy to drink but not very exciting.

750ml. Hazy and effervescent tea orange body with a short white head. Simple banana, apricot and spiced cantaloupe fruit-focused aroma with some coriander seed, and olive oil, black pepper and hemp oil come to mind too. Some of those aromas could be due to the yeast, but it doesn’t seem very phenolic or ester-heavy. Chamomile (and hops if it is hopped) give it a strong herbal, spicy, minty bitterness in the finish Instead it’s that simple banana / melon fruitiness front to back. Malt is a bit coarse and the carbonation is rough. Mouthfeel is kinda goopy up front with a sweet approach, then it’s flat / dissolving quickly with a low, limp burst of natural carbonation. I’m not sure what to say about balance; there’s no one thing that is over or under-done, but none of them seem right on to me.
