Bottle. Small sample at in-store tasting. Nose strong on Belgian yeast. Body is a little heavy for saison but nice flavor. Chamomile is interesting and not overwhelming. Solid. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 ml. bottle. Pours golden color with a white head. Floral and yeasty aromas, but the chamomile does not show through much. It does show on the palate which gives good balance. Nice light hoppy finish. I like this one.

A golden blond easy-drinker of a saison with enough hop character to balance out the spicing. Redolent of clove, pepper, flowers and flowery hop. Nicely dry, and has just enough bitterness to manage the yeasty spicy esters and faint flowery perfume. Spicy burps though.
