Pours lightly cloudy golden with low white head. Aroma of honey, citrus, wheat, light herbs and pepper. Taste is sweet, honey and wheat but not overly so, slightly citrusy finish. Light, smooth body.

750 mL bottle poured into a stemmed Belgian tulip glass. There’s definitely a light cheese to the nose, but there’s a much bigger floral, peach-type fruit, and grass note. It pours an effervescent, clear pale yellow with a sudsy thick white head that leaves a thick ring, with a little island puff atop the surface, but no lace. It’s highly sweet with a medium light bitter. The thin, oily texture has a soda-like fizzy active carbonation. The light body finishes clean, crisp, and dry with notes of peach, grains, and resin. There’s a bit of a clinging sugary aftertaste.

750ml bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy golden/light amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, some light fruits, pale malts, light flowers, and some floral hop notes. Flavor the same with a decent blend. Average texture. Not bad but could be way better.

750 ml bottle shared by jmborggren. Pours a hazy golden color with a large fluffy white head. The aroma and flavor have floral hops, mild to moderate citrus, mild spices, doughy malts, grass, decent drinker, not a funky saison but easy to drink.

Bottle... Hazy yellow pour with a small, frothy, white head. Good retention. The restrained bouquet offers flora, spicy hops and delicate grains. Medium-bodied with stinging carbonation. The perfectly-balanced flavor is bright and a touch floral. Finishes crisp, clean and tongue-numbing. Stupid drinkable. Bottle courtesy of biggsbowler!

Bottle, shared be me... at a location remote from my dining room.
Pours a hazy yellow with a good head and nice lacing on the glass.

The aroma is floral and doughy with some mild citrus and a nice chamomile character.

The flavor is plenty floral but with just a soft bitterness. It’s got come light citrus notes and is fairly dry all around.

A good one, for sure.

750 ml bottle to snifter (shared by jmborggren). Looks good; a slightly cloudy golden orange with foamy white head. Smells pleasantly yeasty with floral notes and mild spices. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Bittersweet. A nice saison.

Hazy golden pour with a white head. Aromas of flowers, sweet malts, yeast, and some subtle fruit. Flavor is sweet malts upfront with floral notes in the finish. Not quite as funky as I was expecting but very drinkable and pretty tasty too.

Pours a hazy straw color with a frothy head and good lacing. Aroma of flowers, sweet cream, fruit, light breadiness, lemon and light spice. Taste is similar to aroma with floral notes and lemon along with light malt and some earthiness along with the spice. Mouthfeel is soft with a light/medium body and moderate/high carbonation. Well made and interesting but didn’t completely work for me.
