Bottle. Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy, dark straw colour. Constant stream of fine bubbles keep alive a dense, white, lasting head. Wow! Big bready, yeasty aroma. But more than anything thereís a sweet, creamed coconut thing going on. Itís like a Bounty bar, minus the chocolate. Really aromatic. Tastes light, nutty sweet, and yeasty dry. Silky palate. Finishes smooth, slightly soapy sweet. Light dry close. Very tasty, especially at only 5%.

(Tap) This is a very lovely saison. The aftertaste is sweet and floral and absolutely wonderful. Would definitely get this again.

Iím impressed with this - great lace and hazy honey color. A nice breadiness and the smooth tea finish that is a touch sweet but balances nicely. A little orange in spice in there too makes it great.

On tap. Served a slightly hazy golden color with a small head and some lacing. Aroma of yeast, floral and light fruit. Taste of yeast, light fruit and a bit earthy. Tart bitterness that lingers into the finish. Moderate body, tart with a nice earthy feel. Nice offering from the brewer.

Iíd probably call this a Belgian pale ale and itís an excellent one. First pour from a 750 is almost perfectly clear w/ tons of visable carbonation and a large, pillowy head. The nose is very yeast forward w/ a waft of fresh banana hitting you first which wanes to a more floral tone w/ just a hint of black pepper spiciness. This is incredibly creamy across the tongue but still light and drinkable. A touch of sweetness brings out a softer fruity quality along w/ some clove notes. It finishes clean w/ just a touch of a lingering floral note, which is really the only place I get chamomile specifically. A flavorful Belgian w/ a subtle twist, this is one of those lighter beers that practically drinks itself--and I just canít get enough.

Pours a hazy gold with a foamy white head and lacing. It has an aroma of biscuit, grass, and flowers. The flavor is similar, with a bready flavor that is followed by a grassy finish with honey and chamomile over a medium body.

Draught at Erzbierschofís Bar Krone, Bern
First glass of the keg. Muddy light amber color, creamy head. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruit. Lean body, smooth and dry, a bit spicy, drier in the final, light vegetable.
Nice, not impressive, some flaws.
