Pours cloudy blonde with a ring of foam. The taste is shockingly chamomile, which works quite well in a saison. The problem is a nascent astringency that makes a big quaff unappealing. Good, but probably not a repeat customer.

Shared 750ml to chalices. Moderate funk aroma. Big zing factor on the mouth. Straw colored with long lasting head. All of the typical saison stuff with a little floral sweetness from the chamomile.

Deep honey golden lightly hazy, persistent fine creamy ivory foam, lots of honey aromas, tropical fruit, banana, lots of floral esters, finishes lightly tangy, acidic. Lots of dissolved co2, medium body. Alcohol looms. Wonderful, weird, yeast is burly in non elegant, non floral direction.

The beer is a pale golden yellow color. Fairly cloudy. The head is good sized and white, lots of fine bubbles. The aroma has a nice bright, fresh malt character with a pleasant earthy saison yeast. Itís fairly floral. Actually a bit much for me. Itís verging on medicinal territory, between the sweet grain and the flowery, perfumey note. There seems to be a peppery flavor in the mix, but itís a bit buried. The taste starts out with a dose of pale malt sweetness. The medicinal perfume/flower flavor comes in fairly strong. Also a bit more from the spice. Dries out well in the finish. Medium bitter for the style. A bit of lingering sweetness. Light mouthfeel with some slickness in the finish. I would like to try this beer without the chamomile addition.

Tap at Perennial. Hazy orange pour with a frothy white head. Initial aroma is banana, then floral / chamomile. Slightly dry to the taste. Yummy.

Ticked at Ale Arsenal. Hazy golden color with a white head leaving light foam. Floral chamomile aroma with minimal funk. The flavor itís nice, very floral and very dry. Medium body with nice lively carbonation. Enjoyable but not crazy.

750, capped. Pours a cloudy medium amber with a loose white head that fades fairly quickly. Sweet grassy nose, floral; plenty of chamomile. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Soft caramel, lots of grass and floral chamomile notes. Very pleasant and easy drinking. A bit too sweet and simple to be amazing, but very well made and worth repeats nevertheless.

Draft pour at Special Brews. Pours a cloudy golden color with a really nice aroma with oranges and belgian yeast. Really nice mild orange spice flavor with a ton of belgian yeast in the finish. Sweet and flavorful. Really enjoyed this. A little different than your typical saison. Good stuff.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very nice, with notes of Belgian yeast, cereal and light farmhouse notes. Flavour brings out complex farmhouse yeast and lightly sweet cereal notes. Very well-constructed and highly drinkable. Everything I like in a non-brett saison. Excellent.
