3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
2013-08-23. Lightly hazy dark yellow body with a nice foamy off white head. 3++ Aroma of biscuity bready pale malt, mild floral spice that I assume is chamomile. 6+ Flavour is interesting, sweetish pale malt with a modest spice character to it - chamomile. Lingering light fruit and chamomile, lightly caramel malt notes. Very smooth average plus bodied palate, soft very light carbonation. Subtle, enjoyable, sort of nice but I donít necessarily want more. Bottle shared by Blankboy

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
My bottle [750ml] shared with jercraigs, mabel & Radek. Pours a cloudy gold with an average size semi-lasting frothy white head. Some lacing on the glass. Aroma is odd and interesting, in a good way, itís herbal and citrusy along with strawberries, tomato juice, yeast and more. Herbal flavour along with fruit (berries and more), a touch of spices, tomato, floral notes and...itís hard to nail this sucker down. Medium bodied. An interesting beer, itís not a knockout but itís quite good overall.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Serving: Draft at Magnolias at the Mill. It pours a slightly hazy gold color with a small white head. Lightly floral nose with a hint of dust and yeast. Light and brisk on the tongue. The chamomile comes through without overpowering the beer. Nice floral, yeast, and light hay notes. Rather tasty.

Got this bottle in st louis. It wasn't bad but had too much chamomile to be enjoyable. Otherwise fine.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cloudy gold pour with frothy white head and tons of lacing and retention. Nose is very floral and funky. Like a wet barnyard. Taste is a tad acidic but pretty much follows the nose with maybe a hint of lemon. Very light and dry. Good stuff.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: DEC 10, 2013 Bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow-gold with a small pure white head that dissipates with decent lacing. Aroma is yeast, floral, honey, pepper, spices. Flavor is the same, quite herbal, floral, lavender, coriander. Light sweet. Medium body, medium carbonation. Reprise on tap with about the same opinion.
