Bright yellow draft pour at Matilda. White head. Super good for a blonde. Fruity and flowery aroma. Silky mouthfeel. Citrus and tropical.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours cloudy golden with a fine foam that crashes to the surface quickly. Mostly malty with a little bit of candy sweetness. Light in body without getting all too watery or boring. However I don’t like this body so much, lacking harmony. Soft in carbonation. Quite nice altogether still, especially for this style.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy bright golden color with a small head. Aroma of citrus, bit of malt sweetness and yeast. Taste of citrus, malt sweetness bit of grain and spice in the background. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, smooth and clean. Nothing fancy but still an enjoyable beer.

Draft. Hazy golden yellow with an average white head. Aroma of grain, wheat, biscuit, and a mild sweetness. Taste is grain, lemongrass, and mild sweet flavors. Thinner and semi dry.

Draft at SB. Pours a very slightly hazy dark yellow with a white head that lasts. Mild tangy nose, very faint lemon and citrus, bits of white pepper there, way in the background. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Lemon and citrus and white pepper on the mid palate, over some sweetened cereal. Clean and refreshing, but not the most dimensional or powerful thing these guys have done.

Pour is very lightly hazy yellow with a small clean white foam head. Aroma is lightly spicy with hints of lemon, hay, and faint citrus. Flavor is also lightly spicy with notes of lemon, distant metallic notes, and a touch of coriander. Very light and easy to drink

Celery stalks. Parsley. Clove. Coriander. Buttered biscuits. Spring onions. Fuller body than expected. Solid, but the flavors are not particularly complex or inspired.
