On tap at Shamrocks. Served a cloudy orange copper color with a decent head. Aroma of tart, citrus, grapefruit and bit of fruit. Taste is quite tart with citrus, lemon tea with bit of fruit in the background. Moderate body with a tarty feel. Not a bad beer for a Berliner Weisse.

Sampled at the W&C Beer Fest 2015. It poured a hazy orange color with a small white head. The aroma was of tart fruits, malts, citrus hops, herbs and a some tea. The taste was similar to the aroma with more tartness, citrus and tea. Nice.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tasted on draft at 2015 St. Louis Microfest in a willi becher glass. It poured a murky burnished golden colour with deep white foam of spritzy little bubbles, sheets of Belgian lace. Aromas of German sweet grains, slight yogurty lactobacillus tartness. Flavour was WAY more sour than expected, a really surprising contrast. No longer any malt presence at all, a little citrus zest, lending a sparkling lemonade effect. Ultralight body, effervescent Champagne-like carbonation. Very tasty and refreshing.
