EtTuCthulhu (1055) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - AUG 24, 2014
The beer pours a slightly hazy amber color with a medium white head. It smells like Belgian yeast, honey, and sour fruit, and the flavor is mildly sweet and mildly sour without either of the two overwhelming the other. The palate fuses a medium body, slick texture, and an average carbonation, and it finishes light on the palate with a slightly sour flavor and the Belgian yeast lingering on the tongue.
