Golden with a pale head. Aroma is honey, pear, belgian yeast, apricot. Medium-full bodied, lightly sweet, complex on the palate. Taste is apricot, honey, peach blossom, caramel.

Its hard to find a unique, delicious take on the tripel. This clear dark gold take is a really nice. Its smooth mouthfeel with an understated sweetness mutes the Belgian yeast, which can in other beers feel overpowering.

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014, grand tasting 09/08/2014 Moncada Brewery. Many thanks to Ken. Aroma is caramel malts. Clouded orange coloured pour with a small head. Flavour is nutty caramel malts, pine and light hop. Palate is medium sweet, lightish body and moderate carbonation. Pretty strange triple.

(bottle) hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of light banana, some caramel, earth, sugar icing, vanilla and peaches. flavour is more peaches and some wheat, quite sweet, with a hint of alcohol, straw and caramel. medium-bodied with averge carbonation.

Appearance: clear gold, soapy white head; tight bubbles leaving white cling. Aroma: nose is of yeast and honey. Taste: sweet honey, light champagne, saltine crackers. Finish: dry, with alcohol not well hidden, lingering herbal note; palate is dry, slightly slick. Notes: On draft at hidden gem Quench! In Silver Spring, MD.
