The noble scent of hops and a characteristic, delicate bitterness along with amber colour and excellent clarity are the biggest advantages of Perla. Lubin hops from the finest growers, select natural ingredients, and a traditional brewing recipe combine to set the standard for the number one seller in the Lubin region. 12.2P

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2008 Bottled at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague. Clear golden, rich but brief head. Fruity nose. Sweet and quite malty with rounded mouthfeel. Fruitiness dominates, the hops promised in the name stay well in the background until a late, somewhat resiny finish. A standard lager with a slight hoppy twist.

Can, 6.0%. Cardboard aroma, old sweet malt. Clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour starts off with a little bread, turns vinous in the old way. Has some malt or sugar in the finish, but it is cardboardy and rough.

Bottle, thx to thewolf. A clear, golden beer with an off-white head. Grassy and hoppy with a not so good touch of wet hay in the aroma. There’s hay in the flavor too, but dry this time, as well as grain, grass and a tiny bitterness. Medium to thin body. Wasn’t content at all with this one, but at least it isn’t off. (080301)
