COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wykorzystując unikalny proces filtracji, wyeliminowaliśmy konieczność pasteryzacji i konserwacji piwa. Mimo że efektem tych działań jest krótszy termin przydatności, to właśnie dzięki temu Perła Niepasteryzowana nie traci swoich walorów, zachowując swój świeży, naturalny charakter.

Can from polski smak, wednesbury. Amber beer with head that fades to nothing. Aroma of grain and malts. Taste is grain, malts and a good amount of bitterness. Quite grainy on the palate. If your expecting a typical pilsner or lager type beer, you may be disappointed. I liked it.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a neat, white head. Very sweet malty nose with a whiff of floral hops. Medium body, completely dominated by malt sweetness and a touch of metal. Gets a little cardboard as it warms. Hardly any hop bitterness. But a nice, malty Pils. 220214

Bottle @ home. Aroma has quite some malt, a little bready, some faint hops in the background. Flavour is again malty, some hops, not really bitter though, Okay.

Swaroga (1340) - Brussels, BELGIUM - DEC 18, 2011
50cl bottle. Clear golden yellow with a medium white head. Nose : Bread and floral honey notes are the strongest but doesn’t mean strong .... Sip : watery with a bit oil texture (a bit of a bit). Carbonation is fine and tingling. Easy drink. When they say "liquid bread" they mean this beer. Little sweet but more like bread-butter-sugar (a childhood poor-mans treat known in Poland) with some floral notes. The ending is typical delicate bitterness often mixed with a sour metal aftertaste. Not exciting but drinkable.Netherless I must say polish lagers are getting better.
