Blonde palichonne, carbo moyenne, collet bulles moyennes persistant. Arome faible, epices, pain, fleurs. Douce et soyeuse en bouche, le melange des sept grains fait son office pour apporter une rondeur typée cereale. Peu amere et longueur faible

Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Hazy, pale golden colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with fruits, spices - coriander and wheat malts. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry with fruits and wheat malts. Rather anonymous beer.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, greyish pale yellow with a lacing, white head. Nose is dominated by yeast - and nothing else. Extremely thin and watery body with a massive carbonation. Flavourwise a little sweet malt and then just yeast and....yeast. A little metallic - no, very metallic actually. Poor. 130914

33cl bottle courtesy of jaghana, merci - shared@TriState Tasting II. Wheat-cloudy pour, aromas of white pepper and proteins. Yeast is very present in taste, mostly pleasantly so. Wouldn’t have been able to pick out any of those 7 grains..it’s a fairly light spicy Wit. Slightly oily palate.
