Typical Cascade aromas, citrus, resiny, pine tree, very well presented actually due to the light yet not thin malt base and absence of a yeast character. However, the single hop also is a bit simplistic. Not as bitter as expected, soft even in the ending despite that the essence of the hops are well maintained towards a long ending. Bit foamy in mouth feel, but nothing worrying. Fresh, simple, taste APA, really nice. Experienced brewer, I think. (33cl bottle from Bierocratie)

33 cl. Aroma: grass, hoppy. Appearance: deep yellow, large white head that disipates quickly. Taste: hoppy. Palate: smooth, surprisingly not bitter. Overall: nice but not like a pilsner I am familiar with

Couleur trouble dorée, forte mousse blanche. Parfum houblonné. Arome bien houblonné, gout leger de malt et houblon avec note acidulé, Légère amertume en fin de bouche. Belle surprise!

Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Clear golden with a white head. Sweat, yeast, cloves and resinous hops showing up in the nose. Medium bodied. Balanced. Delicious. Thanks a lot jaghana!

Quack-Duck (7517) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 28, 2013
rating #7000, bottle donated by jaghana - merci beaucoup, mon ami! Hazy golden colour, stable white head. Fragrant hops, slightly grassy, with shy hay and lots of tropical fruit. Medium-bodied with a malty base that supports the hops very well. The yeasty touch adds more fruity flavours. Lively carbonation, perhaps a tad too lively. Long, peppery finish with loads of aromatic hops. Another goodie from this brewery!

Bottle on balcony at my hotel on Paris, this is an above average lager, you can taste the hops, just not my style. Ok for a humid, summers evening in Paris

Bottle 33cl, a clear yellow beer with good head and retention. Nose is fruity on citrus and resin. Aroma is nutty, grassy, resin like, clean beer, crisp, nice bitterness, long bitter aftertaste, quite nice, lemon touch, no exotic notes !
