Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, moderate yeasty, mint. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, mint, yeasty, wit bier alike. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20121019]

Hazy amber color, medium sized creamy head. Fresh and delicate mint aroma. The mouthfeel is light, the flavor of malt or wheat is light too, it doesn’t match too well with the mint; there is a strange flavor of blood; the final instead is more balanced, still quite weird a beer.
Strange idea, not too bad, but not interesting either.

Bottle @ French Oktoberfest Tasting Ulfborg, 2012. Pours muddy amber with no head. Mint toothpaste oddness. Really thin. Mentos - The Freshmaker!

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty and heavy mint. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 191012

Bottle @ FoneFan, 4.6%. Hazy dark yellow with tiny white head. Aroma is malt and mint. Flavour is malt, mint, spices and a little sweet.

Good, if shortlived yellowish head over lively carbonated beer, dirty-golden. End of bottle yeast-laden. Spicy, citrus, fresh, hints at mint. Very spiced, but rather well-balanced with citrus, coriander and other spices, and a marked ’other grains’ presence. Light acidity, a bit wry. Light, refreshing, spritzy to fizzy. Rather remarkable. I feared adding mint is the only thing worse than adding coriander, but it turns out rather well, nowhere too imposing. Many thanks to Stef!

Pours cloudy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, mint and spices. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Papsoe’s - Thanks. Cloudy yellow - white head. Hay, flowery, grassy, thyme, fruity notes, light wheasty. Wierd.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and mint, leading to a dry vegetable finish. The body is light.
