The head is medium, the body amber. It smells pilsener malty, hoppy, fruity-hoppy a bit flowery. The taste is very aromatic hoppy, a bit bitter, hoppy-grassy, interesting! In the aftertaste first a bit bitter then more aromatic NIce Strisselspalter! 11/12/11/12/10/12

Bottle. Clear golden with fluffy white head. Light biscuits and grains, dried apricot, very soft taste and feel with velvety orange notes and light herbs. Subtle fruity hops go into a light long lasting bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Very nice Pilsner actually, better than most of the more experimental Perles.

A golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at La Fine Mousse.

Blonde dorée, limpide, peu de carbo, petit collet. Aromes faibles herbeux, céréales, pointe de caramel. Très agréable en bouche. Balance amertume sucre bien maîtrisé. Notes caramel restent presentes. Une pils de tres bonne facture.

Golden mostly clear body and big pillowy head. Quite sweeter than expected, biscuity malts, Vienna, soft hops only. Bit disappointing. Good body for the abv, medium bitter but simplistic. Just dry enough in the ending, certainly the strongest point. (33cl bottle from La Cave à Bulles)

Bittle@Biere Academie, Strasbourg. Amber beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is very lightly yeasty, and the flavour is very bitter with a touch of malt and spice. Overall a nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 5.4%. Ashtray aroma. Clear golden colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is nicely malty with a good clean bitterness. Sweetish and very clean.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops, with notes of yeast and citrus. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with citric and estery notes and touches of needles. Bitterish finish. Really nice, although it reminds me more of an IPA than a Pilsener.
