Svrchně kvašené pivo, původně vařené v anglii. Vyšší počet chmelení a vyšší obsah alkoholu napomáhá jeho delší trvanlivosti, která byla potřebná pro dlouhé námořní cesty do vzdálených anglických kolonií.

500 ml bottle directly from Csak a Jó Sör. Bit hazy, medium amber or orange color, sparkling slowly, medium sized porous and long-life off-white head, powerful and marvelous peachy and ripe tropical fruity (e.g. mango, banana) aroma with slight husky notes, from light to medium body, soft carbonation, sweet malty (especially caramel) and vibrant citrus hoppy bitter taste, dry citrus hoppy bitter palate with resinous and moderate cereal notes. Well-balanced and smooth India Pale Ale style brew. Really nice one!

Bottle. Light orange pour with medium head, pretty good retention, average lacing.
Nose - hoppy, fruity, malty. Mostly some earthy, floral notes with minimal citrus background. Some caramel.
Sweet and bitter in taste, with hoppy flavour. Some toast, bitter, dry finish. Medium bitterness for a style.
Good, english styled IPA. I’m a hophead and I like my IPA american, but this one is definitely enjoyable.

Recenzja z 20.11.2013. Kolor bursztynowy, idealnie klarowne. Piana wysoka, powoli opada, zostawia gruba warstwe i srednio oblepia szklo. W zapachu slodowe, troche czeskie, wyczuwalny angielski chmiel z dominujacym mango, lekka zywica i minimalnymi cytrusami. W smaku slodowe, pelne, lekka nieprzyjemna kwasnosc, lekki karmel. Goryczka niska w kierunku sredniej, aromaty jak w zapachu, ale malo intensywne. Wysycenie prawidlowe. Przyzwoita, acz niezbyt porywajaca IPA w stylu angielskim.

From a bottle. A very nice IPA. Pours dark amber with a large beige head. Aroma and taste unashamedly hoppy, not much else, and lingering on the palate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 0,5L. Clear, copper orange colour with lively visible carbonation and big, long lasting, off-white, foamy head.Gentle aroma of grass, herbs, a bit perfumed and slightly fruity. Taste starts light bitter with caramel, nutts and grass, than finish medium bitter. Full body, oily texture and soft carbonation. Good, refreshing IPA in english style.

500 ml bottle. 5.7%. BB 11/03/14. From Cuso. Díky!
Hazy light brown colour with a tiny off-white head. Caramel sweetness, malt and mild floral hops in the aroma. Rather weak. The flavour is floral and piney hops, mild bitterness, caramel malt and some... wait, maybe the bitterness is a bit stronger... yes it is. After the tasty PAPA I was expecting a firework of flavours. Well, this is English style IPA so the flavour is very much restrained... very much English. Don’t get me wrong... I’m not saying everything should be extravagant American double-triple hopped... Sweet, malty and mild in hops. Mild bitterness in the aftertaste.
