3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
500 ml. bottle split by 2 @ Delirium Cave. No BBF. Pours a clear golden with a creamy, lasting semi-white head (or as well as I can tell in a basement). Nose is fruity, tangerines & sweet marmalade mixed with plenty of floral hops, bitter grass but also some toffee. Bitter upfront, grass & floral, drying hops, leading to sweetness, toffee, tangerines, candy sugar sweet & sweet fruity with a light bitter herbal quality in the back. Light & easy to drink. Not as good as the P.I.P.A but still pretty nice, unique & interesting profile + very easy to drink, great stuff I would say.

Taste: very sour, acidic, lemony, citrus, very bitter, vinegar touch. Aftertaste: fruity, bubble gum, sourish, grassy bitter hops, grapefruit, green apples.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Stable, dense yellowish head over (cold)hazed orangeish-copper beer with a faint mossy sheen. Spicy & fruity, gingerbread with - indeed - ginger and sucade. Dried exotic fruit, bit oxydized. Oxydized, metallic taste. Hoppy bitterness, relatively mild, but if a bit fruity, not really American in character. Wholemeal flour in the background. Finish is not unlike some British IPA’s. Medium bodied, rather slick, feeling well-carbonated. Noch vis, noch vlees on the fence of two worlds, but not taking the best of either. Bottle tastes old, but no indication of a BBd.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Big gusher. Almost the whole bottle ended up on Tim’s table. What ended up in the glass had a hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, light banana, apricot and candy. Citric acid flavour, hops, light bitter, hint of acetic acid. Harsh bitter finish, lemon peel. Bit disappointing.
(From 50cL bottle @ Tim’s place. Bottle from trade with Cuso, thanks!)

Disappointing. Pipa was Great but papa reeks of cheap lager. Off head. Pleasant pilsnerish bitter finish

Aroma: Nice grape hoppy and fine tropical fruity.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and a rich bitterness. Averag carbonation.
Taste: Nice balanced grape hoppy, tropical fruity and a fine malty back.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Imro - thank you a lot! Beer pours out in a clear dark golden colour with steady head and medium body. Nose of fresh hops and citrus. Taste of ripe hops, spruce, citrus peel, lime, torf, pepper and spices. Quite dry and bitter finish, therefore really refreshing. Good beer, enjoyed it.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle from cuso. Thank you imrich! Decent ipa starting off with big hoppy nose. Becoming a bit dull with a slight skunky aroma and watery, bitter finish. Far from being high class but quite drinkable.
